Payment Information

Survey Dollars
Angus Reid Forum offers its members the opportunity to earn Survey Dollars for every online survey they complete. For each survey completed, members earn between 1 and 5 Survey Dollars or entries into sweepstakes draws to win gift certificates or cash.

 

Payment Cheques
When a Survey Dollars balance of $50 CAD or more has been reached, members may redeem their balance for a $50 cheque, or a $50 donation made to a Canadian charitable organization of their choice.

Monthly Cash Draws
Each month Angus Reid offers its members the opportunity to be one of five winners in a $1500 draw. The grand prize is $1000 cash, and secondary prizes of $100 gift certificates to a retailer (usually Amazon) are awarded. Five contest entries are gained for every survey a member completes and also for every survey they attempt to complete but are disqualified for.

Facebook App

This Facebook App allows users to essentially access their Angus Reid Forum account via their Facebook account. Members can see their Survey Dollar balance, access new online surveys, read news and more. Some users may find this more convenient than logging into their Angus Reid Forum account separately.

 

Cell Phone Surveys

Some online surveys have the option of being completed on a smartphone device. When there is a mention of mobile survey functionality within the contents of an online survey invitation, users can optionally use their smartphone to complete the survey.

There are no applications to download – as long as the survey mentions mobile functionality, users can take the survey on the go with their phones. Popular models of smartphones including iPhones, Android powered phones and Blackberry touch models are currently supported.

Panel Information

Angus Reid Forum is a Canadian online survey panel launched in 2006 and is run by Vision Critical, a well-respected market research firm based in North America. Vision Critical partners with organizations including non-profit organisations, the media, household brands and governments, to provide Canadians with online research opportunities. Members of the panel will not only take part in surveys quoted by media outlets but will also be privy to the results of surveys directly, through newsletters.

To get started is very simple: complete the member registration form, confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail, and from this point on, they will contact you via e-mail each time an online survey is available for you to complete. The survey invitation e-mail will tell you the topic of the survey, approximately how long it will take you to complete as well as how many Survey Dollars you will earn in exchange for completing the survey.
