Shopper’s Voice Consumer Research Centre is one of Canada’s leading providers of information collected from participants across the country. They conduct surveys by mail and also online, and compile this information for businesses and companies to use to improve their products and services.

You can choose to be a postal or online panel member, depending on your preference of paper or electronic surveys. Joining is free, and if you provide your address when registering online you will be signed up for the postal panel as well. Simply fill out the ten-minute voluntary consumer product survey and you automatically become a member.

While most survey companies only pay members for completing surveys, Shopper’s Voice is unique in that panel members receive ongoing rewards through the mail and online.
