Payment Information

Hotspex offers its panelists the opportunity to earn Hotspex BUX for the completion of online surveys. These points are redeemable for PayPal payments, Amazon gift cards or charity donations. Lots of opportunities to earn great prizes are available through the Hotpot as well as with monthly and annual draws for cash and other prizes.

 

Cash Payments via PayPal
VIP Members (those who have completed at least 5 email invitation surveys) can exchange their BUX for PayPal funds for $25 or $40 payments. Payments are made within 1-2 weeks after requesting one.

Points conversion for cash payments are as follows:

• 2750 bux for a $25 payment
• 4400 bux for a $40 payment

Amazon Voucher Codes
VIP Innovators can alternatively exchange their BUX for gift vouchers to be used on the Amazon website. Gift cards in the amounts of $10, $15, and $20 can all be requested and again, take between 1-2 weeks until your unique code will be emailed to you.

Conversions for Amazon voucher codes are as follows:

• 1100 bux for a $10 gift certificate
• 1650 bux for a $15 gift certificate
• 2200 bux for a $20 gift certificate

Wager Your Points with the Hotspex Hotpot
The HotPot is a monthly 50/50 draw where the final prize amount (in BUX) is determined by the number of contributors. Every month Hotspex will load up the HotPot with 10,000 Bux and then members are able to place their own Bux into the pot. At the end of the month, one winner who has contributed to the HotPot will be randomly selected to win half the BUX balance. The other half will be donated to a featured charity of the winner’s choosing.

Optionally Donate Your BUX to Charity
The Charity XChange allows members to use their BUX to donate to various featured charities. You may donate your BUX directly, or you may make a more specific donation such as donating 2500 to spay/neuter a cat. Charities include: Habitat for Humanity, The Humane Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Rainforest Conservation Fund, Amnesty International and more.

Win Cash in the Monthly Draw
Hotspex also offers a monthly draw where members can win cash prizes. As long as at least one online survey has been completed per month, members have a chance of winning. Winners will be contacted via e-mail. Monthly draw amounts are one prize of: $500, $250, $150, and $100 each, which means four lucky winners each month!

Annual “Second Time Around” Draw
This draw is held once a year for all Innovators who have been disqualified when participating in a survey. The winner is selected at random and one draw entry is gained each time a member is disqualified from survey. Prize options are amazing! It could be from a trip for two – flight, accommodation, and spending money or another prize option comparable in value.
