Payment Information

Members typically receive between 3-4 invitations monthly to complete surveys, although this number can be higher if members have very specific interests or special characteristics. Surveys typically take between 5-25 minutes to complete although Harris Poll tries to cap survey lengths at 15-20 minutes.

Earn HiPoints, Redeem them for Merchandise
Harris Poll Online offers its members HiPoints for almost every online survey they offer. HiPoints can be redeemed online for merchandise chosen from a large online catalogue called the Hipoints Folios. Product selection includes small household items, electronics, Amazon gift vouchers, beauty products, and more. Items are shipped to Canadians free of charge with no additional shipping or handling fees.

To redeem your rewards, simply login to your account and select “Reward Catalog” at the top of the screen. You may hover over each item with your mouse in order to get a description of the item. Upon selection of the item, enter the quantity you would like to redeem for and select “Add to Cart”. Add additional items to your cart if you so desire and once finished, click the “Checkout” link at the top right side corner. Fill out your shipping information and select “redeem”. You will then see a pop-up message that says ““Are you sure you want to purchase?” Click OK. If the redemption was successful, you will receive a message that says “Thank you for your purchase.”

Harris Poll Online also offers members the opportunity to earn entries into a $10,000 US cash draw held every two months. Entries are gained by completing surveys, so the more surveys a member completes, the more cash prize entries they gain.

Specialty Sub-Panels
Members who share particular interests or circumstances (for example, commercial pilots, diabetics) may be invited to join a sub-panel related to their information subset. Surveys from these subpanels will be sent on topics related to that particular topic and allow members to share their opinions on topics more relevent and meaningful to them.
